Editing Event Information

In addition to all the other functions involved in editing learning activities, you can edit additional information just for events.

To edit event information:

  1. Choose the appropriate client or your own organization.

  2. Open the activity detail screen for the event.

  3. Click Edit.
    You see the same screen as for activities, with some additional fields.

  4. In the Event information area, enter a Location for the event. This must be a location that has been configured.

  5. Enter the Start and End date and time for the event.

  6. Choose whether the event can have Unlimited participants or enter a maximum participant level (once that limit is reached, users will not be able to self-register for the event, although you can manually add them as participants to the event)..

  7. Click Save Changes.
