You can send or re-send a welcome message to any user.
Choose the appropriate client or your own organization.
Click Users
(tab).
You see a list of the currently configured users.
To send the message to
more than one user, check the box beside the name of each user to
whom you want the message sent, from the Select Operation menu at
the bottom of the screen choose Send
welcome message, and click Go.
To send the message to a single user, click their name to open their
account, click More Actions,
then click Send welcome message.
Note: If the user has already received a welcome message, you see "Resend welcome message" rather than "Send welcome message".
